Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. As a small, independent brand, all items are packed and fulfilled with care by our small in-house team.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Pre-Orders

For pre-order drops, please allow approximately 3–8 weeks for production and shipping. Pre-order timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.

We will keep you updated via our Instagram: @anonewhereareyou and by email anonewhereareyou@gmail.com in the event of significant delays.


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order is handed over to the courier, we are not liable for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.

We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you believe your order was damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
However, if you suspect a production or packing issue, reach out to us and we will assess your case individually.

⚠️ Please note: In accordance with Article 7:11 of the Dutch Civil Code, the risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the courier, unless otherwise agreed.


International Orders

For international orders (outside the Netherlands/EU), customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
